FAB LAB like studio space to share 150€ or 300€

Are you looking for a really nice and sunny studio space to share ideal for those who are making things? I just set up this space which is between a workshop and an office – not too clean but not too dirty – so everything is new and fresh and you can bring in your own spirit and ideas. The studio is located at the Meneer de wit complex (studios for artist and designers/coffee bar/dancing studio) close to the lively Kinkerbuurt with a great view to the water. In the studio there is a work bench with some tools to share. The studios size is in total + 52sqm, ground floor, price is 300€ + BTW incl. service costs (heating/electr./alarm/internet..) A spacious common hall of Meneer de Wit can be used for meetings, exhibition, presentations. It will also be possible to share this space with in total 3 people or just rent a desk. Prices will then lower in relation to the required space. Every kind of creative libertine is welcome. I am a german artist 1/2 of the artist duo  //////////fur///. Volker Morawe

Volker Morawe is an Cologne and Amsterdam based artist and apparatus expert. Before he graduated in 2004 at the Academy for Media Arts in Cologne he worked as a space electronic technician and hit producer.  In 2001 he founded together with Tilman Reiff the artist duo //////////fur////. For more than 10 years  he creates multi-sensory artefacts related to the construction and social aspects of computer game culture. His interactive installations combine game-logic, media criticism, apparatus parody and childhood memories into engaging man-machine experiences, oftentimes altering the view on the relationship between man and technology. Beside the main artistic question of alternative user interface humor, group experience and hormones are the key points of his work.
